We’ll move through the spectrum of sparkling: dry to aromatic, structured to easy-drinking, with pours that show how different regions interpret the same idea—wine with lift.

FEATURING St-Germain
Join us on the terrace for an evening built around the St-Germain Spritz—light, floral, and made for warm air and slow pacing. Inspired by the French ritual of la terrasse, this is less about tasting and more about settling into the moment.
Throughout the night, a paired menu will move alongside the cocktails—seasonal bites designed to complement each pour without overcomplicating it.
Live music carries the evening, the terrace stays in motion, and the pace lands somewhere between your first sip and deciding you’re not ready to leave yet.
This isn’t a tasting. It’s a night out—with a point of view.
