What is Pinsa?
Pinsa, originating from the ancient Roman Empire, is a type of pizza that stands out for its unique preparation and exceptional taste. Unlike the traditional Neapolitan pizza, pinsa is characterized by its light and airy dough, which is a delightful blend of wheat, soy, and rice flour. This combination, along with a long fermentation process, results in a crust that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a texture that almost melts in your mouth.
